How we measure

  • Every 5 minutes, our server checks the website, the sign-in page, file storage and the email queue, the same way a visitor would.
  • If a check gets no answer, that time counts as down. If nothing was measured at all (for example because the whole server was down), that time counts as down too.
  • This page runs on our own servers, so if they are down you may not be able to open it. Signed-in customers also see a notice in their account when we know about a problem.
