SynCore is run by its board of directors, which takes the company’s decisions in the country where it is incorporated. Work is carried out remotely on a professional services basis.
Our services are delivered by qualified independent contractors, under the supervision of our board. SynCore is managed and controlled from the country where it is incorporated.
Our commitments
- Every price shows its currency. Invoices show our legal name and address.
- Your files belong to you. You can download them at any time, including when you leave.
- We publish our terms, privacy notice and policies in full, with their version and date.
- We publish what changes in the service in our changelog, and what we plan next in our roadmap.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising.
- We don’t publish made-up reviews, customer numbers or certificates.
- We don’t open the files you store unless you share them with us, for example in a support ticket, or the law requires it. See what we do with your data.
