Payments and Billing

Version 2.2.2 · in force from 22 October 2026

For display in this version, “business days” reads “working days” (the meaning is the same); apostrophes are shown in typographic form. The wording is otherwise exactly as published.

This policy explains how billing and payment work. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Who you pay

You pay SynCore, trading as SynCore, Suite 803, 8th Floor, Hennessy Tower, Pope Hennessy Street, Port Louis 11328, Mauritius. Our name and address appear on every invoice; our bank details are shown on the invoice once available, and are provided on request in the meantime.

2. Currency and taxes

Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply. Every price and invoice shows its currency (for example "USD 120.00"). Your account is billed in one currency, fixed by your first invoice. We do not convert amounts on your invoices; your bank may charge for conversion if you pay from an account in another currency. If a tax applies to you, it is shown before you pay and on your invoice.

3. Invoices

  • Plans are invoiced in advance for each billing period (monthly or yearly). Work by quote is invoiced as the quote sets out.
  • Invoices show our company details, your details (and business details, if you signed up for a business), the service, the period, the price and any tax.
  • Invoices, credit notes and a full statement are available in your account at any time.

4. How to pay

  • Bank transfer. This is how we take payment today. Our bank details are shown on the invoice once available, and are provided on request in the meantime. Please quote the invoice number so we can match your payment. You pay your own bank’s charges.
  • Card or online payment. If we offer this for your invoice in future, a "Pay online" button on the invoice will take you to the secure page of a licensed payment provider or bank. Card details are entered only on that page; we never see or store card numbers, expiry dates or security codes.

If you have paid, you can tell us from the invoice ("I’ve paid") and we will match the payment. We confirm each payment in your account once it reaches us.

5. Due dates and reminders

Invoices are due by the date shown on them. If an invoice is not paid on time, we send reminders in your account and by email. If it remains unpaid around three weeks after the due date, we may make your clouds read-only until it is paid (see the Cloud Service Terms). We tell you before we do this. We do not currently charge late payment fees; if that changes, we will tell you at least 30 days before.

6. Renewals and price changes

Plans renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. Your invoice for each period appears in your account before it is due. New prices apply only to new purchases. While you keep the same plan, its price won’t go up for at least 24 months from when that plan started. After that, if the price of your plan changes, we tell you at least 30 days before the new price applies to you, and you can cancel before it applies. Changing to another plan starts that plan at its current price, with a new 24-month period.

7. Credit, refunds and disputes

Any credit on your account (for example after a credit note) is used against your next invoices, or refunded on request. Refunds, refund timeframes and payment disputes (including chargebacks) are covered by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

8. Questions about an invoice

If something on an invoice looks wrong, use "Question this invoice" in your account or write to billing@syncoretech.net, ideally within 30 days of the invoice date. We reply within 5 working days. This does not limit your right to raise a valid claim later.

9. Fraud and security

We will never ask you by email to change the bank details you pay to. If you receive a message claiming our bank details have changed, do not pay and contact support@syncoretech.net or check the invoice in your account.
